[users at i-scream] Current snapshot for libstatgrab

Hi Tim, hi i-scream users,

I've uploaded the current development snapshot of libstatgrab to
http://www.netbsd.org/~sno/smart-snmpd/.
We plan to add optional tracing-support for easier debugging using an
C interface to an optional dependency
of log4cplus (we talked to them, they would like an "easy mode" C-API).
